Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your plush toys! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your plush item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our plush toys, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Personalized or custom plush toys

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, reach out to us before sending it back.

Exchanges
Need a different plush? The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For plush toys shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for bank processing.
