Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to carrier issues or high order volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Plump N Plush is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out to us at abel@pumpnplush.com. , and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
